Terms of Service

All clients are advised to read my Terms of Service. It describes the work process, payment and publication conditions. By accepting a commission from me, you agree to all of the following.

Basic information

I draw

  • fantasy creatures, feral, anthro, mythology creatures, monsters, aliens (not movie)

  • armor, clothes, cold weapons, firearms

  • blood, horror, mechanic, robots

  • erotic content, the natural of the animal in an unexcited state

I don't draw

  • porn, genitals, fetishes

  • people and any a human face

  • several versions of one image (if this is not a reference)

  • works containing offensive nature, extreme violence

I can interpret the character in a personal vision, which can be very different from the reference sheet.
I also try not to give gifts to third parties. If I have not previously worked with or communicated with the recipient.
I have the right to refuse an order without giving reasons.

General

1.1 The customer must provide: commission type, character references or arts with the necessary character, order description and your wishes.
1.2 If the work is tied to a specific date, the customer must notify about this no later than two weeks before the desired date.
1.3 Payment is made (not applicable for speedpaint) after approval of the final sketch within 24-48 hours after receiving the invoice.
1.4 Due to PayPal being blocked in Russia, payment is made by alternative methods: donate via Boosty or invoices EasyStaff, Hipolink and LavaTop . For customers from Russia, payment is accepted via T-bank card.Payment can be divided into several parts. This is discussed personally.

Process

1.1 If you wrote in the notes of FA or in personal messages to Bsky, I will create a personal folder with processes on Google Drive for you. The final work will also be uploaded in full size to Google Drive. For Telegram I use the built-in file sharing service.
1.2 If you want to make a correction, don't be afraid to report it right away. If you decide to make a correction to an already completed stage - there will be an extra charge.
1.3 Upon completion of the work, I provide you with the image in full size and in two copies. PNG for you, JPG for publication in your publiс gallery.
1.4 Changes after completion are permitted if I made a mistake or left something unfinished. If your character's appearance changes after a few days, that's no longer an acceptable change.

Publication

1 Secret work. I've reconsidered my views on private work. Now you can choose one of two:
1.1 Standard. We (the Customer and the Artist) create the painting and publish it publicly, following all the rules for labeling the Customer and the Artist. The full size without watermarks is published on my Boosty with paid access.
1.2 Private We're creating a painting, but it's not publicly available. As the author, I reserve the right to publish the final work on my Boosty with a paid subscription, but without the document for download.
2 To publish in public domain you need to use the JPEG version with watermarks. Some of my characters were tried to be sold. It is in our common interest to prevent this fraud.
3 You can create merchandise with my artwork for personal use. You also may resize or crop the artwork to be used in non-commercial digital format, however you cannot make changes to the artwork itself and remove the watermark from the public version.If the Customer consistently violates the publication clause, I will no longer provide services to him in the future.
